Most of our products come with branding options, our inhouse print department offer a comprehensive service with impressive lead times.

85% of orders placed online before 11am are delivered by our friendly couriers the next working day with an hour timeslot sent to you on the day of delivery. For updates or expected date of delivery call our customer care team on 01962 711007 quoting your order reference number.
Please note that our delivery service may be affected over bank holidays and busy periods, for orders placed with printing please allow 5 -7 working days for delivery.
Returns are accepted for any product that has not been customised or custom made. The product must be returned by the customer at thier own expence, in its original packaging and suitble for resale. Once the order has been returned to Caterbox in good condition, a refund for the value of the goods will be processed within 7 working days. Please note orders received poorly wrapped or after the 7-day cut off will be subject to a 25% handling fee. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the returns criteria are not met or the order has been damaged on its way back to Caterbox.
