Returns, we hope you will love everything you order from Caterbox, but you have 30 days to return anything you don't want to keep (excluding custom made & branded products). You don't need to contact us for a returns number. Simply repack the item carefully and send it back to us, including your order number and reason for return. 

We recommend you retain proof of postage and use a trackable delivery service for returns. If the goods don't arrive back with us or are not in a sellable condition, we will be unable to give you a refund. Refunds are made promptly using your original payment method.
